Nekoliko sekundi pre nego što je Rahim Sterling pao u šesnaestercu Danske u polufinalu EP pored engleskog reprezentativca su bile dve lopte.
– Pre nego što je Sterling simulirao penal, neposredno pre nego što će ući u kazneni prostor, s loptom je prošao odmah pored još jedne lopte na terenu. Video sam to i odmah rekao četvrtom sudiji. On nije reagovao ni preneo to glavnom sudiji – rekao je selektor Danske Kasper Hjulmand.
Engleska je posle produžetaka slavila sa 2:1.
